"Very thorough commercial inspection of a large old church building. Tom, the inspector, was very knowledgeable about rarely used construction materials and techniques, understood what would need to be done to repair and maintain, and even gave us useful cost estimates. He also referred possible contractors for some of the unusual job that are hard to find people to do. He explained everything so that we all understood. Our committee included people of different degrees of building knowledge, different cultures, different ages, and he related to us all."
