SINCE 2000
Shamrock was started in 2000 as a “Ma & Pa” inspection business in southeast Wisconsin. In 2013, we grew the company into a residential and commercial inspection business. We employed 3 inspectors and 3 office staff and feel very proud of the quality inspection services we provided with our awesome staff. During that time Shamrock conducted over 15,000 Inspections including thousands of Commercial Inspections.
As of August 2023, Tom and Deb have now
fully
retired while enjoying quality time with grandkids and big plans to travel across the country.
COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS
Shamrock is excited to announce that we will be passing on the SHAMROCK legacy to Rick Francis,
a previous inspector with our team who started his own inspection company in 2019 called
4Site Building Inspection LLC.
Rick carries many certifications including “Certified Master Inspector” and "Certified Commercial Property Inspector" but, more importantly, Rick conducted over one thousand Inspections with or for Tom in his time with Shamrock. The professional connection between Shamrock and 4Site Building Inspections has always been a great one and Rick has started taking on commercial inspections with over 3,500 building Inspections completed.
Tom has continued to mentor Rick as a consultant in the commercial Inspection industry. We have very high regards and confidence in Rick’s ability to continue the tradition of superior quality and friendly service. He is well versed in all aspects of buildings and we know that he will provide the same level of service that you have come to expect from Shamrock. Under 4Site Building Inspections, Rick has acquired over 750 5-star reviews online from clients.

Shamrock was started in 2000 as a “Ma & Pa” inspection business in southeast Wisconsin. In 2013 we decided to grow the company into both
a residential and commercial inspection business. Since that time, we have employed a total of 3 inspectors and 3 office staff and we must say, all of our employees are top notch and the best of the best…They are just like family!
As of May 1, 2023, we have “semi-retired” and are back to just Tom and Deb. We want to enjoy more days at our cabin in central Wisconsin,
spend more quality time with our 2 precious grandkids, travel to some of the National Parks with our 2 Aussie dogs and discover so many beautiful areas of this amazing country!
