SINCE 2000
Shamrock was started in 2000 as a “Ma & Pa” inspection business in southeast Wisconsin. In 2013 we grew the company into a residential and commercial inspection business. We employed 3 inspectors and 3 office staff and feel very proud of the quality inspection services we provided with our awesome staff.
In May 2023, we semi-retired and Tom accepted only commercial inspection work for a few months. We've since permanently relocated to central Wisconsin. As of August 2023, we have now
fully
retired while enjoying quality time with our grandkids + big plans to travel across the country after Tom recovers from recent ankle surgery.
COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS ONLY
We are excited to announce that we will be passing on the SHAMROCK legacy to Rick Francis,
a previous inspector with our team who started his own inspection company 3 years ago called
4Site Building Inspection LLC.
Rick carries many certifications including “Certified Master Inspector” but, more importantly, Rick conducted over one thousand Inspections with or for Tom in his time with Shamrock. The professional connection between Shamrock and 4Site Building Inspections has always been a great one and Rick has started taking on commercial inspections after 2,500 general building Inspections.
Tom will continue to mentor Rick as a consultant for the next couple of years as Rick shifts focus into the commercial Inspection industry.
We have very high regards and confidence in Rick’s ability to continue the tradition of superior quality and friendly service. He is well versed in all aspects of buildings and we know that he will provide the same level of service that you have come to expect from Shamrock.
