The purchase of a home or property is one of the largest investments you will ever make. To help you become as informed as possible on your purchase is our job. The inspector will invite you along to learn about the condition of the home and teach you how to maintain it. He will also show you if there are any areas of concern and answer questions you might have. The total inspection process will take approximately 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours. Our electronic reports are thorough and very detailed with full color digital photos typically 20-30 pages in length. This report will include major concerns, safety issues, repair items, items to monitor and deferred cost items.
