18-25 page comprehensive computerized report that is received at the completion of the inspection.

Association of Home Inspectors) and West Suburban Chamber of Commerce.

Be Sure To Attend The Home Inspection to observe and ask questions.
Shamrock Home Inspections will take between 2½ & 3½ hours based on the size of the home. Tom will provide the consumer with insight on the condition of the home from the roof to the basement and any major and minor repairs needed in the future.
